This luxurious four-bedroom villa in San Jose offers breathtaking sea views and a private pool. With 380m² of living space, the villa is spread over three floors, each with its own terrace, garden and pool to enjoy the serene sea breeze and sunset. The villa’s four bedrooms are all ensuite and offer direct access to the pool and terrace. The master bedroom, located on the top floor, features a spacious walk-in wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom and a private lounge deck. The middle floor has a well-equipped kitchen and a large living area with a dining terrace, barbecue and lounge area. All three floors are accessible by lift. Moreover, the villa is equipped with air conditioning, a SONOS sound system and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. Outside, there are three terraces, a pool and garden area and four sundeck terraces offering stunning ocean views. The pool measures 11.5 x 3.30 metres and has a children’s pool and an outdoor shower. The villa also has a private staircase to the sea and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue that comfortably seats 10 people. The villa offers private parking for up to three cars, making it an ideal location for entertaining or relaxing on one of the many private terraces.

Villa Cocoon is the birth of two lovers’ dreams to settle on this magical island. Being only able to live there half of the year, they thus wished to offer a home away from home to their valued guests during their time away.

The property is a mix of both’s essence and culture. They have incorporated a bit of their soul and identity to shape this little cocoon. From one end the Italian Dolce Vita and on the other end the French Art de Vivre. You will truly live a peculiar experience.

In the heart of a completely secured and safe area, Villa Cocoon is family and child friendly. Once there, Evissa old town is only a 15min drive and the Botafoc marina with its restaurants and cafe is easily reachable.

The goal was to create a very functional guest house, where anyone could feel like they belong. The atmosphere and all the decoration was curated to reach this goal : Balinese inspiration, chic, cozy and natural. Everything was thought of at Villa Cocoon to help you shape your own and unique amazing journey.

Villa Maria is the first house in Ibiza that contributes to the environment in the long term. By staying at Villa Maria you make the world a bit more beautiful. 80-90% of the energy is generated by our solar panels; excess capacity is stored in batteries. But our water also comes from a source. We compensate for all energy consumed by replanting trees. For example, a stay at Villa Maria is energy Neutral and within a year itself Carbon Positive.

The house is not furnished in the standard Ibiza themes. We have deliberately chosen to look closely at the nature around us and to process this in the house. For example, each room has a separate theme, which together form an impression of Ibiza.

This house in the style of an authentic finca exudes so much love and warmth. Here you are surrounded by bright colored flowers, velvet materials and chic golden details. And the bathrooms, wow, spa vibes all over! There are many corners to chill out. You are really in a wonderful Ibiza vibe here…
Outside you will find an endless palm tree as the central focal point of the garden. A nice swimming pool, lush plants and comfy lounge beds are ready for you and your loved ones. The location is also great, close to the beach of Talamanca and the bustling Ibiza town, where you can stroll through the narrow streets.
