Sunset View
The estate is located on the north west side of Ibiza between the hills of Punta Galera and St. Agnes with breathtaking views over the sea and the offshore islands. The north west is home to an eclectic mix of artists, designers, entrepreneurs and A-listers who’ve made homes in the exclusive hills. Once you’ve seen the light, the sunsets and the scenery of
“Mont Clarice” you’ll feel as if you are in “Tuscany at the sea” but with the advantage of being close to one of the most attractive nightlife locations, beach bars and restaurants in the world.

Nestled in the rich pine forests just below Heaven’s Gate, Can Bikini takes design cues from its peaceful rural setting. Spread across four acres of land, the villa, two guest houses and a self-contained casita witness a seamless blend of natural Ibicencan materials and modern architecture.

The home’s main living space is bright and voluminous, with four-metre-high ceilings and expansive glass doors that open to the terraces. There’s a log fire set for Ibiza’s winter months and a reading nook neatly carved into the thick whitewashed walls. The skylit Doca kitchen is as ergonomic as it is stylish, complete with Gaggenau appliances and smooth worktops. Three bedroom suites have pared-back palettes and immaculate glazing which guide reams of light inside. In one of the en suites, find a spherical freestanding bath. Each room enjoys its own private terrace; secluded suntraps fringed with bougainvillea. From the master, bedroom, there’s a distant sea view.

A curved infinity pool is evocative of the home’s hillside plot, its sinuous design harmonising with the subtly undulating landscape. Dotted around the verdant garden, a host of chill-out areas channel a slower pace of living. The pool house is equipped with an outdoor bar, barbecue and pizza oven; elsewhere in the grounds, an outdoor gym, and yoga deck. Come evening, cast your eyes upwards: the starry skies are unparalleled from the home’s northern vantage point.

Enjoying a true sense of privacy, find a Balinese guest cabin down a quiet path. It takes advantage of the idyllic setting with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame views of the forest. There’s a spacious feel to the vaulted ceiling, whilst warm timber beams afford a year-round sense of cosiness. Outside, lush bamboo plants frame an alfresco bathroom with a wood-framed tub and grey stone vanity.

Wander down from the main house to a second air-conditioned guest house, with a sand-toned stone façade that mirrors its soft interior hues. A separate self-contained casita – with its own kitchen, bedroom and bathroom – completes this soothing island home.
