It’s only 500 m from one of the most beautiful beaches of the Island, Cala Conta. It’s a very safe location, with 24h security at the domain entrances. Access to the urbanization without proof if identity is impossible. The modern Ibiza style villa has 7 rooms all with large en-suite bathrooms + 1 extra maid room. It’s faced south-west and offers the most magnificent sea views & sunsets of the Island from the garden or terraces.

The villa was finished in July 2019 with the most beautiful high-end Italian furniture on the inside and Belgian outdoor furniture by Tribu. All 7 rooms have double beds of which 4 rooms can be configured with separate beds. All bathrooms have large walk-in rain-showers. The master bedroom has an additional bathtub with sea views.

The large infinity pool is heated (optionally), which offers extra comfort in the cooler spring or autumn months. The house is perfect for large families with kids. The 2nd living/cinema room downstairs with 70” TV and Play Station is the perfect hideaway for the kids after a long day of fun outside.

Wifi is guaranteed throughout the villa as well as a high-end sonos music system with 12 speakers all connected to a fast fiber Internet connection, which is a luxury on the Island.

The house is easily accessible for wheelchairs and has a private elevator. The closed garage offers 2 large parking spaces and plenty of room for bikes or motorbikes.
