Ibiza’s first ecologically inspired private villa estate and Clubhouse with five-star facilities.

Eighteen internationally renowned architects and designers are creating fifty three individual private villas within a beautiful seventeen-hectare countryside setting, all with uninterrupted sea and sunset views.

We have seventeen hectares of land on the west coast of Ibiza near Cala Tarida / Cala Moli / Cala Bassa and are creating a private Residences Club of fifty three villas inspired by a combination of the villa schemes in Cannes/Moujin (South of France) and also Lyford Cay in the Bahamas. Villa owners will have a 1500 sq.m. Blakstad designed Clubhouse with all the facilities of a Five Star hotel. Plus, all associated concierge services, kids club, spa, gym, tennis & paddle courts, bowling alley, nightclub, a Temple and a restaurant and café by La Paloma.

We are circa 500m from the sea on tiered, terraced farmland, with all the villas having sea and sunset views. We are about to finish the first thirteen villas and Clubhouse and intend to discreetly launch the scheme in early Summer 2019 when those are all completed.

Phase One is a collection of thirteen villas by the Islands leading architects. Of the first thirteen villas that are almost completed, two are contemporary finca style by Rolf Blakstad and are circa 740m2 each; five are by Jaime Romano at 420-720m2 and six are modernist by Jordi Carreño of Estudio Vila 13 420-707m2. Guide Prices will range from €4m – €22m

 Phase Two will be a similar scheme of thirteen villas with the islands leading architects that will commence post summer.
