The villa is layout on 730 square meters of living space and includes eight large bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and two independent service rooms.
The living rooms have very high ceilings which creates a very grand experience.
On the main level there is a huge living space including the two living rooms, dinning area and a small kitchen. There are two master bedrooms on the main level both with en-suite bathrooms, 200x200cm beds and fantastic views to the sea.
A staircase from one of the living rooms leads to the top bedroom on the top level. This bedroom has a 160x200cm bed and en-suite bathroom.
There are three very nice bedrooms with access through from the pool area. They all have en-suite bathrooms, 180x200cm beds and fantastic views to the sea. The access to the two last bedrooms is near the entrance to villa. One has an en-suite bathroom, a 200x200cm bed and sea views.
The other (8th bedroom) however has a 160x200cm bed, en-suite bathroom, but no views of the sea as there is no windows.
Part of the villa is first line of the sea and the left side of the property has only one villa down in front, which can be seen from the edge of the terrace.
The pool is 14x7m and there are many decks and terraces all in original concrete.
The house is fully equipped and comes with designer furniture.
The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation).
