This is a luxury villa in a prime location with an astounding view, the villa will be renovated in the winter of 2019! The house and the terrace with the infinity pool are a fantastic vantage point for peering at the boats lingering in Porroig Bay and watching waves crash against the rocks on the bayside.
Villa Jondal is located just 1.5 km from the famous Cala Jondal beach. Cala Jondal has several well-known beach clubs, including the Blue Marlin, Tropicana and Yemanja. Ibiza Town is just a 20-minute drive away.
The villa has an infinity pool (8x4m) with a lounge bed and plenty of sun loungers. There is also a shielded, outdoor dining table for having delicious meals, and a grill to boot. The outdoor eating area sits 12 persons comfortably. On the upper deck, there is a tanning area with deck chairs; and there are two other relaxation areas, one of which can be used as a yoga platform.
The entrance level to the home is above ground. Upon entering, you will immediately notice how everything is meticulously decorated with a modern touch and tasteful art. There is a large living room with a comfy couch and a beautiful, wooden dining table. The sliding glass doors will lead you directly onto the terrace.
The kitchen is new and has a mini-bar for eating breakfast. Next to the kitchen is the den with a flat screen TV. The den also leads to the first bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony.
This floor also has another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. You can also access the terrace from here. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.
You can reach the downstairs living room via the staircase.
The master bedroom is large and has its own sitting area with a couch, a huge walk-in closet, and a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with both a tub and a shower.
The fourth bedroom also has a private balcony, plus an en-suite bathroom and lots of closet space. The fifth bedroom has a private balcony as well and has a nearby bathroom (not en-suite).
Via the electric gate, you can walk out onto the surrounding land. There is parking available for multiple vehicles and plenty of greenery in sight. A ping-pong table is available for kids. We do not recommend bringing kids under 6 years of age. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
