The property stands in 2000m² of private, walled gardens on the upper fringe of the lovely residential area of Jesus. It comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, with 3 double bedrooms (2 en-suite) in the main property and a large self-contained guest house in the grounds providing a further double bedroom area, lounge area (with sofa bed), a shower room and kitchen. In the villa, the 2 ground floor bedrooms open out onto the terraced poolside area whilst the first floor, en-suite master bedroom has a super-king size bed. High quality bed linen is used throughout.
There is a separate indoor lounge area on each floor as well as a double-height ceiling dining room overlooked by the mezzanine walkway. This leads onto a large, open plan island kitchen, complete with 2 separate ovens, an American style fridge, dishwasher and separate utility room with washing facilities and ample storage. A separate guest cloakroom provides further convenience.
The whole property benefits from a light and modern feel, with multiple floor to ceiling retractable doors opening onto large ground and first floor terraced areas. The expansive Mediterranean garden is fully mature with a mixture of palms, citrus trees, bamboo, cacti and a lush looking artificial lawn to walk around on. There is also an extensive range of outdoor furnishings including a shaded dining area for 9, comfortable sofas, a large Kettle barbeque, sun loungers and parasols. The villa is equipped with a Sonos sound system and a full multinational TV package. It also benefits from a very robust security system (which must be used as a condition of rental). It is exceptionally well connect by being close to the road that leads either to Jesus or Roca Lisa/St Eularia.
The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation).
