Villa Can Nou is a relaxing villa in a breathtaking location, far away from the hectic and busy life in Ibiza. Here the word relax is central. The view is overwhelming. The villa is located near the famous beach Cala Jondal and the beach club Blue Marlin. The airport and lbiza City is a 15-minute drive from the villa. Can Nou is very quietly situated on top of the mountain and only surrounded by nature and in the distance the sea. The sunsets are spectacular! Around the heated swimming pool (9.5 x 3.5) there is a lot of grass, where it is wonderful to play for the children. Next to the swimming pool there is an immense half-round chill-out. There is also a cozy lounge corner and large dining table with a covered terrace. This terrace blends seamlessly into the living area of the house. The living room is nicely decorated and feels very homely due to the many light and warm materials. The open kitchen is very comfortably furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences. It is a true pleasure to cook at this view. In the main house there are 4 en-suite bedrooms, with sea views from every room. All bedrooms have their own terrace. The bedroom that is located at the back has a wonderful outdoor pool, from where there is again a beautiful view over the sea. The 5th bedroom is located in the lower annex, admittedly, it does not have the view of the other bedrooms, but here you can enjoy complete privacy. Everything shows that the owners have a sense of design, the pop art artworks give the house a more modern touch and provide color. As an extra asset there is a trampoline and ping-pong table for the children. Also don’t forget to take a look at the somewhat hidden Higher Balibed. With this view you will completely dream away!
The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
