To the top floor there is further en-suite sleeping accommodation with separate chill-out space again with double aspect windows offering views across the Ibiza mountains in the distance and access out onto a large roof terrace. In addition there’s a separate guest apartment with its own kitchen.

Outside the laid to lawn garden spans right back offering plenty of space to entertain or for the kids to play. There’s a 10m x 5m swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a designated chill-out space by the pool and an alfresco dining area. The entire garden is surrounded with well-manicured shrubs and trees to ensure privacy for guests.

We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
