Villa Everland

Villa Everland is a luxury, modern, contemporary villa occupying an excellent location near to KM5 (so about 5 kilometres to the outskirts of Ibiza Town. The elevated location gives you some incredible views that sweep down towards o Ibiza Town, the sea and across to Formentera. You are also close to Playa den Bossa & Cala Jondal as well as the amazing beaches of Ses Salines & Es Cavallet.

There are 6 bedrooms altogether each having a king size bed. The villa is made up of the main house and a guest house. In the main house there are 4 bedrooms all with en-suite. The guest house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. All bedrooms rooms have air-conditioning, and the main living area has air-conditioning.

The main living areas are open plan with a modern kitchen fully equipped and perfect for entertaining.

There is also a gym room with resistance machines and free weights.

There is a housekeeper who lives on site and cleans for 6 hours per day 6 days per week (excluding Sunday)

Large pool measures 10 meres x 10 metres

    The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
