Our hilltop property features a centuries-old “finca” lovingly restored with a delightful blend of classical architecture, modern interior design and 21st century conveniences. Beautifully crafted stone and white adobe walls create an ambiance of comfort, tranquility, and sun-drenched splendor.

Meter-deep stone walls that offer the dual comforts of natural temperature control and privacy, high beamed ceilings, and an abundance of light streaming in through floor-to-ceiling retractable glass doors, skylights and windows are all hallmarks of the villa’s interiors.

The villa’s exteriors feature a swimming pool framed by sun beds, two cushioned lounge areas, and shaded outdoor dining for 12 all with a view of the sea. For your comfort, there is a hot outdoor shower by the pool.

The lovely internal courtyard with olive tree, potted plants and flowers has a dining table perfect for breakfast, and a cushioned lounge area great for reading, gathering for a private chat or a drink.

Natural rock landscaping, beds of fresh herbs, trees bearing fruit, and old stone-walled terraces surround the property and give guests many options to choose from when in search of a chill zone or a secluded place to reconnect with nature.

    The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
