There is a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area that links directly to a large west facing dining terrace with magnificent sunset views. In the main house there are five bedrooms. The master suite takes up the entire first floor with a large en-suite bathroom complete with free standing bathtub. Downstairs there is a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, plus three adorable bijou bedrooms/children’s bedrooms sharing one large bathroom with a bathtub.
On the terrace there are two dining areas, one for shade and one for sun; the larger 16 seat table is right in front of the kitchen, the smaller 8 to 10 seat French marble table is adjacent to the living room. There is a very com-fortable built in sofa chill out area with heaps of cushions which is the perfect spot for sunset drinks.The house is set on 60,000 square metres of protected land offering sweeping views of the surrounding valleys and hillside. The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
