Can Simon ,located in a secluded quiet area with a private drive secured by an electronic gate. It has sensational views to Formentera, Ibiza and the harbour. By car it is fifteen minutes to the airport and five minutes to Ibiza Town and the harbour area.
This is an original finca, more than 400 years old which has been recently renovated. It has ten double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. The large walls of the finca are almost 3ft thick.

The living room has satellite TV with 600 channels (in all main languages). It has a dining room with fireplace and a modern equipped kitchen. It also has two large roof terraces with dining tables for up to 30 people.  A curved outdoor pool of 25 mtrs has a large surrounding terrace with sun loungers, BBQ and shower.

All rooms have air conditioning. The livable area is approx. 800 m².

We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
