This villa is an exclusive mansion for holidays in the landmark design and style of ‘The White Island’ Ibiza.
The villa features 6 double bedrooms (of which 4 are suites), a large Bulthaup kitchen and an imposing living room of 120 sqm. Extra-large windows give access to a covered terrace, featuring magnificent sea views to Formentera. All bedrooms have direct access to the extensive terraces and are of very good size. The master bedroom offers 40 sqm a large walk-in dressing room and en-suite bathroom of 25 sqm. Five additional bedrooms are between 15 and 25 sqm. The house has 5 bathrooms, four en-suite bathrooms and one share bathroom. An additional guest WC is located in the entrance area.
2016 Full renovation project included a new large main entrance with outside patio and garden, enlarging all sea facing windows, remodelling the kitchen, full renovation of all bathrooms and inside lighting. Entire new inside flooring, matching the outside natural stone. New sound systems and inside entertainment features. New furnishing throughout the entire villa.
The total inside living area is approx. 420 sqm and 50 sqm of covered terraces, plus 650 sqm outdoor and pool terraces. Plot/garden size: 15000 sqm / 162000 sqft, terraces 700 sqm / 7500 sqft, black swimming pool of 16 m x 6 m.
The mansion offers an outstanding outdoor living experience day and at night as well. The flat outdoor space with its multiple layers provides the most beautiful cocktail reception setting. After sunset, numerous LED lighting groups allow our guests to enjoy Ibiza at night before you go to your favourite restaurants and clubs. An exceptional and unique in Ibiza garden dining installation featuring a massive 14 people table sunk into the ground level.
In 2018 we started first time with a chef breakfast service, 3 hours per day included in the client’s price. It was a great success with all clients and the chef was booked for many more lunches and dinners, obviously at extra cost. Therefore we decided to increase the 2019 season prices slightly and include 8 hours Chef de Cuisine per day.
We also increased the daily cleaner/housemaid time from 6 to 8 hours per day, so it is taken care of the client’s laundry every day as well. The caretaker/assistance services remain the same, 16 hours per day, Monday to Sunday.
Client satisfaction and feedbacks were great in 2018, but having all these extended services included for 2019, we are sure to provide an even more stunning 5* customer experience for you in the coming season

The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
