Villa Romero is a beautiful south-facing villa in a hilltop setting in Es Cubells. The village of San José and the sandy beach of Cala Jondal, with its fashionable bars and restaurants, is a 10 minute drive and Ibiza Town and the sweeping sands of Salinas and Es Cavallet are reachable within 20 minutes.
Set in 4,500m² of fully-enclosed landscaped gardens and with 500m² of interior living space, this is a two storey property, double bedrooms each with private bathroom.
The interiors are light and bright with an eclectic mix of north African and Indian objects, fabrics and furnishings offset against the pared back clean-lined white walls and polished stone floors. A long, open plan lounge and dining area open onto the furnished porch and Sabina wood beamed shaded terrace. An attractive, fully-equipped modern kitchen overlooks the side garden and there is a guest WC and large entrance hall.
Individually decorated double bedrooms are distributed between the ground floor and the first floor. All rooms are air-conditioned and have private bathrooms with bathtub and/or shower, kingsize beds, TV and DVD player. The three bedrooms on the first floor have access onto a furnished balcony with pool and sea views. The bedrooms on the ground floor have doors opening onto the surrounding terraces and gardens.
What really sets this property apart though is the 200m² pool terrace with its white wood decking and infinity pool flanked by comfortable sun-loungers. Guests can relax in the outdoor lounge or dine al fresco under the shade of the gazebo whilst gazing at the breathtaking sea views towards Salinas, Cala Jondal and Formentera. There is also a barbecue.
Villa Romero has a fireplace for those colder evenings and is air-conditioned throughout. The property is equipped with WIFi internet, Satellite TV and a Sonos sound system. There is a outside parking for up to four vehicles and an alarm system.

The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
