What a beautiful finca this is! Villa Miraflor is a finca that dates from the 17th century, but has been completely modernized and fully equipped. In a very desirable location, namely in the west, close to Cala Jondal, Es Cubells, and many beautiful beaches.
And by modernized we don’t mean sleek designs, but a design that fits the era of this finca. Think smooth-swept walls, wooden beams and massive doors, integrated rock walls and a natural-looking infinity pool. Every detail has been thought through and that is what makes Villa Miraflor such a nice place. ┬áIn the main house there are 4 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with separate entrance accessible through the garden. The 5th bedroom is located 8 meters from the house, there is a beautiful Javanese lodge with a spacious double bed and outdoor shower.
Each room has been cleverly designed to ensure they have a cool and peaceful environment in which to unwind. The house is a 20 minute walk through the woods to Blue Marlin beach – a fantastic place to catch some rays or watch the world class sunsets. Ibiza Airport is a 15-minute drive away.

All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
