Villa Rock is a luxury villa exclusively designed in 2017 by the renowned AS Architects, a successful Parisian architecture and design firm in collaboration with the Interior Designer Zsofia Varnagy. The property is located in the South East corner of the island, neighboring Roca Llisa, one of Ibiza’s sought after urbanizations. The Rock is regarded as one of the most exciting new rental objects on the market, providing clients with a subtle blend of earth like materials, highly curated carpentry work combined with contemporary furniture. It can host up to 16 guests simultaneously. The main villa offers 6 en-suite bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a specialized custom-made kitchen (Miele, Siemens, Nespresso, ice- machine, 2 ovens, ((steam and classic)), 3 fridges), an additional kitchen with a walk-in refrigerator room and a guest toilet.

    The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
