From the heated outdoor pools and the Jaccuzzi you have a phenomenal 270° view of Ibiza city and the sea. The luxury house is south facing and has all day in the sun. In the morning you can see the sunrise in the east and the sunset in the west. At the beach pool there is an outdoor cinema of 15m2, which can also be enjoyed during the day due to the high resolution of the screen. There is also an outdoor bar with a bartender who mixes the most delicious cocktails and brings them to the beach loungers.

The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
