The villa is located in the protected valley of BENIMUSSA. This villa with private pool is very comfortable and well located for the southwest of the island. The main bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom and a wood burning stove. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, which can alternatively be stored in an upright position to be used alternatively as a study.

The main bathroom has a double shower and the second bathroom has a bathtub and shower. There is an open plan living room with a large wood burning stove. There is WIFI throughout the house. There are air conditioners and ceiling fans in each bedroom and electric wall heaters throughout the house.

Outside is a Weber gas BBQ, 2 outdoor dining tables and chairs for the back and front of the house. Sun loungers and sun loungers by the pool. Chill out sofa on the terrace overlooking the pool.

The kitchen has a 90 cm Smeg gas oven with extractor hood. Dishwasher and nepresso machine.
