The lovingly furnished country villa near St. Rafael is centrally located and consists of a main house and a separate guest apartment. It is the ideal place to spend with family and friends a relaxed holiday, to feel at home, rest and leave the stress behind.
The main house is build on one floor and has an upper and a lower level. Through an electronic gate you enter the driveway where you can park one car and walk to the front entrance door. More cars can be easily parked on the street in front of the house.
Entering the house to the left you pass to the fully equipped kitchen and walking straight ahead is the living and dining rooms. From the dining room you come across a step down into the lower lounge and TV area with a large sofa corner. Large sliding windows give plenty of light and offer a view of the castle of Ibiza and the ocean.
From the upper dining area with a hatch to the kitchen and a large dining table you access via a glass-sliding element onto the covered terrace. On the terrace you have a big dining table for 8 persons and you enjoy view to Ibiza
The apartment is situated slightly higher adjacent to the pool area.
From the end of the pool area you access via three steps in a hallway. On the left side oft he hall is the entrance to the apartment. There is a generous cut and open. The living room in the front area has a large sofa, a small open bar with breakfast installations and a table with chairs.

The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation).
