Can Francisco

The Finca Can Francisco is situated 2 km away from the village San Carlos, in the North-East of Ibiza,nestled up on a hill above the beach of Aguas Blancas , perfectly quiet , with an almos 360 degree view, over looking partly the sea towards Tagomago as well as the the pastoral ,unspoiled valley of Morna ,with its wide, ploughed fields, fig -and almondtrees, ancient stone -terraced land and white farmhouses amongst old olive- and carobtrees .

The mainhouse , which is a 200 year old ,authentic Ibicencan farmhouse ,has been carefully renovated and is up to today’s standard of comfort without spoiling the look and feel of the original building. It is sourrounded by 300.000 m2 rustic farmland ,fenced in , with beautiful trees, old stonewall terraced land and a pineforest to the north that protects from wind and bad weather . The living area, measuring approx. 500m2 includes a big entrancehall, 4 double-bedrooms with 4 baths ensuite , a spacious, wellfitted kitchen with dining area , living room with open fireplace , several terraces , around the house and garden.

The pool , 15×5 m , is running on a saltwatersystem , which minimizes the amount of chlorine used , but only having a very light taste of salt and produces soft , skinfriendly water to swim in . The pool area itself is slightly removed from the mainhouse , to guarantee privacy for everyone and while swimming in it you enjoy wonderful views to the sea and over the pitoresque valley .

Below the mainhouse one finds a renovated stable, turned into a small studio , with bath ensuite and cooking facilities and ist own terrace .

All rooms have TV ,WI-FI ,centralheating and fan’s on request, as there is no need for aircondition in old finca’s due to the width(thickness) and good isolation of the roof and walls ,besides there is allways a light breeze because of the way the building is situated on top of a hill.

The village of San Carlos is reached by car or bycicle within 5 minutes, there you find anything from banks, pharmacy, doctors, supermarket, bakery, restaurants, bars , healthfoodstore,several boutiques, tabacco and newspapers, ect…

Some of the lovliest beaches in the North–East of the island are only a stonethrow away. Same with restaurants , some oft he best the island hast to offer you find within a 10 to 25 min. drive !

    The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
