Can Cadiz is a charming finca located in the west of Ibiza and is ideal for those looking to experience unspoilt Ibiza. The poolside view over the San Antonio Bay is phenomenal and the poolside bar is one of the property’s biggest assets. Beaches such as Cala Tarida with the Cotton Beach Club, Cala Conta with the well-known restaurant Sunset Ashram and Cala Bassa, also with its own Beach Club, are not far away. The airport is 14 km from the property while Ibiza Town is 17.5 km away. Outside, the villa has a 2000m2 walled garden with several terraces as well as a barbecue, petanque and chill-out zones. From the large, child-friendly swimming pool, guests have a view of both the sea and zend mountains. There is an outdoor bar by the pool and a large dining table. An outdoor shower is also provided. The living room of the house is right next to the poolside terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has a smaller dining table and a small corner lounge area. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom with a bath. The other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. In one of the bedrooms, an extra bed for a child is available if needed. These 3 bedrooms share a large bathroom with shower. The bedrooms that face the sun all day have air conditioning. There is a spacious room on the first floor with an extra make-up area with washbasin. Almost all bedrooms have access to a terrace or balcony where you can take in the peaceful surroundings in privacy. There is also a studio to rent at the property. This has its own kitchen corner, living room, and bathroom. There is also a fold-out bed for children.
The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation).
