This particular stylish villa is located in the hills of Es Cubells, Porroig and Cala Jondal. The minimalist-style villa has fantastic views over the sea, Cap des Falco and Porroig. The villa is beautifully privately located between the pines, and a short distance of many beautiful beaches.

The house is situated on three plateaus. On the first floor, there is the living room, the handmade Gaggenau kitchen and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the second floor, there is one bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This room also has access to the terrace with outdoor bathroom. Underneath the living room is the floor with the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (recently built) and two other bedrooms which share a bathroom. All bathrooms are handmade and are of very good quality. The flooring throughout the house is natural stone. All bedrooms have a very nice view.

Of course, the whole house is air-conditioned.

From the 18-meter infinity pool, you have a view which few other houses can rival. The tasteful garden with olive trees completes the picture. The house is very secluded on a hill.
