It is a luxury modern villa where you can truly get away from it all. Built over four floors, there is a fabulous feeling of space from huge picture windows and the minimalistic theme. An ample living room, open designer kitchen and beautiful dining space have large glass doors leading onto the terrace and outdoor dining area with soul stirring views. The top floor naturally houses the master suite, with private terrace and glorious outdoor bath tub overlooking land and sea. The remaining ensuite double bedrooms are all downstairs and have access to the terraces.

Spacious minimal bedrooms invite you to throw yourself on the bed and get lost in the views of lush green hills and the big blue sea. The master suite has a gorgeous freestanding tub on the terrace for the ultimate feel good soak whilst absorbing Ibiza’s magical scenery after a tough day on the beach. Each of the five bathrooms is finished to the highest specifications and is stocked with luxury products.

Throughout the villa natural stone floors flow out onto the terraces and the colour palette is predominantly naturals and neutrals. The house has a very geometric feel down to the square features, straight lines and sharp edges, softened with bright cushions, the best linen and textured furnishings. The minimal surroundings get a homely touch from wooden and wicker furniture and accessories.

A beautiful decked pool is reached by steps from the main house, set with super modern sun loungers and larger daybeds to admire the views to Cap d’es Falco or enjoy a sneaky snooze. There are various terraces on different levels of the house and the downstairs bedrooms open out on to the pool. An immaculate decked area on the same level as the house provides further respite from the sun to enjoy a spot of yoga or meditation, with another shaded area by the pool to relax and enjoy a treatment. Dining outdoors is a must to take full advantage of the incredible views.

Es Cubells is ideally located just outside San Jose, with that faraway feeling for the ideal escape, whilst still being near to local eateries and amenities. San Jose’s coastline has it all, from jaw dropping cliff views with rocky islets to the magnificent Es Vedra, Salinas salt flats and a list of incredible beaches. Salinas national park is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful areas in Ibiza, with shimmering salt flats, cool mountains and the odd pink flamingo passing through. Being positioned near the south westerly tip means all of Ibiza’s classic sunset locations are within easy reach.

You’ll definitely enjoy the staggering sea views and infinity pool with day beds and sun loungers, plus an optional pool fence if required for little ones. The house is fully air conditioned with an alarm system and daily cleaning. There is an outdoor bathroom in the master suite, and all bedrooms have bespoke bathrooms.

All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation).
