Villa Llisa is a luxurious villa that sleeps up to 10 people, with a beautiful sea view. The villa was recently renovated, has a modern interior, and is located in the secured urbanization of Roca Llisa. It features an infinity pool with a jet-stream system, so you can swim for hours while enjoying the magnificent view!
The outdoor patio has a covered lounge area that seats 10 people. There are 10 sun beds at the house as well as a comfortable lounge corner. Here you can enjoy the lovely view of the sea, the boats, a few other villas, and the island of Formentera. The villa also has an outdoor shower and a Big Green Egg BBQ.
You enter the house via a lift on the street side. From here, you can go down one or two levels. The patio and living area are located on the lower level. The lower level also houses the modern kitchen, with lounge seat and high dining table that seats 7 people.
The master bedroom is large and the windows let in lots of light, so you can enjoy the lovely view from the moment you wake up. This bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. Another bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is located on the same level.
The first-floor features 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, and there also is a sun deck with some of the sun beds.
The entire house was recently renovated and everything is in tip-top condition. The house has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, Satellite TV, a SONOS wireless music system and a water filter for drinking water in the kitchen. The house is located in an urbanized area, with neighboring houses, which means that outside music is prohibited after 23:30.

The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
