The modern style villa surrounded by fenced garden located on the hill top of Talamanca is very well suited for groups and families. The various chill-out and dining areas can recreate nice dinners around the swimming pool, or inside in the spacious living room and kitchen. Everything in the villa has been arranged to accommodate 12 persons in comfort.

This luxurious villa is located in the exclusive area of Talamanca and is only 5 minutes by car from Ibiza town and Talamanca beach. Also the amaz- ing nightlife, the clubs and bars of Ibiza are about a 5 min. drive, as are some of the best beaches on the island. The very cozy village Jesús is onlya 5 minutes’ walk away. Have your relaxing breakfast, lunch and coffee in one of the many restaurants and cafés like El Deseo and Carpe Diem.The village also has a bank and supermarket.

The house is managed by one of the best concierge service providers on the island. We arrange table reservations, VIP hosting and various otherbookings. The villa can also offer a chef, waiter, driver, masseuse, nanny or personal security, etc.

The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
