Casa Mi Lobi is a lovely renovated villa with eye for detail and a lot of luxury. The comfort of Cala Llonga’s facilities are a big plus to this villa! A 5 minute stroll to the beach, a 3 minutes walk to the supermarket and a 10 minute drive to Ibiza Town. Santa Eulalia and the golf course are a 5 minute drive away. Casa Mi Lobi was one of the oldest houses in Cala Llonga and has been nicely converted into a beautiful villa. Light, modern, with wood elements. All the details for a memorable stay are catered for. There is a swimming pool with a built-in bench, a pool that can be heated and cooled, sun beds, an outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with BBQ. A spacious covered terrace with a large dining table invites to indulge the taste buds together at any time of the day. P. Se In the main house is the living room with a sofa and a cozy fireplace, a large flat screen TV, a stereo with iPod dock, Wi-fi and Playstation. Furthermore, a large dinner table thạt seats 10 people, a spacious, brand new kitchen with 5 burner induction, an oven, a microwave, a large fridge and an osmosis device (purification of drinking water so there´s no need for bottles!). Also on the spot is the guest lavatory. The main house counts 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single box springs (2x90x200) that can be joined to create a double bed. In the house attached to the main house, which has a separate entrance, there are 3 bedrooms. two of them have 2 single box springs (90×200) (to be joined if needed) and 1 room with a bunk bed that sleeps 2 persons (90×200). Each bedroom has its own wash basin, shower and toilet and a large storage. All rooms are airconditioned and have a fan as well. Casa Mi Lobi has neighbors on both sides. A charming stylish house for an unforgettable holiday!
The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
