Casa Isabella, a hidden treasure, away world from the busyness, a Villa to enjoy the real Ibiza. This Villa is designed for those seeking luxury, serenity and the pleasures of Ibiza. The interiors are minimally styled with fresh bursts of colour. Views that stretch out towards the blue Bays of San Antonio during the day and colourful sunsets at dusk.

Casa Isabella – once owned by the Bee Gees – is a hidden treasure offering sublime sea views from its ideally located spot on the edge of the tranquil campo. Situated in Can Germa the ‘Beverly Hills’ of the island, you’re in the best place to witness Ibiza’s famous sunsets while enjoying a sundowner.
Minimally styled in muted tones, the walls are adorned with modern art and a mini library is stocked with classics and contemporary novels, this is the right villa for those seeking a luxurious and tasteful space to offset the playful side of their Balearic escape.

The space

Floor/building – two storey villa with large pale green tear-drop pool. Access to villa is through wooden gate onto a private, flower-filled terracotta terrace, flanked by gardens on either side of the house, you enter on the first floor and multiple staircases lead down to the ground floor where the pool is situated.

Living and Dining Area

Walking into the living area from the main hall, you are greeted by breath-taking views of the Mediterranean Sea and lovely green pines beyond the glass doors and the generous terrace.

There is a large cosy corner sofa and love seat, perfect for those nights in front of the large, flat-screen SMART TV with the Sonos sound system.

To the right of the room is the dining area with a table and chairs for six; this is extendable and can accommodate eight.

Leading out from the living area is the large terrace, overlooking the sea, panoramic rolling green hills to the side, the pool terrace down below. The terrace has another large dinging table, and chairs for eight.

By the dining area is a stairway that leads down to the ground floor, where there is a snug room with open fire place, Persian rug and casual banquet seating loaded with cushions and an outlook over the pool.

Outside Space

You enter through gates to a large private garden, edged by well-established pine and cypress trees and featuring a range of succulents, oleanders, hibiscus and cycas plants. The highest level offers parking for cars, then there is a mix of grass and gravelled areas, including a twin level fish pond. There are multiple chill out areas in the garden and a outsize trampoline for the kids.

The pool is a lovely inviting pale aquamarine colour, with newly laid mosaic tiles that sparkle in the sunlight, it stretches the length of the villa measuring 12 x 7m and is flanked by sun-loungers and umbrellas. There is also a large daybed tucked away beside the pool if you fancy some shade or dare we say, an afternoon nap amidst the chorus of crickets. An outside kitchen with sink, fridge and Weber barbeque is tucked away next to another outside dining area, offering seating for eight, so if you want to just linger poolside all day, you don’t have to go far to graze. The pool lights look pretty impressive at night if you are hosting friends for dinner or your kids can’t be tempted out of the water as the sun sets.
Casa Isabella’s roof terrace reveals an even greater panoramic view, sweeping across the entire bay, catching the twinkling lights of San An in the distance (with none of the noise!) and on a clear day, letting your eye roam all the way to mainland Spain. There are a few woven sun loungers up there for those who fancy sunrise meditations or just want to watch the starlings darting about at sunset. (Please note – this is not the place for little kids as there is a low retaining wall, but there is a wrought iron gate to prevent access if you wish to secure it).

There are four bedrooms in Casa Isabella. Three are located on the first floor, just off the main hall and the fourth downstairs on the ground floor behind the snug room.

Three of the bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning.

All bedrooms include white linen sheets and white towels (two per person).
On arrival your property will be cleaned to our 5* hotel standard, but should you require any mid stay cleans or a change of linen and towels there is a standard price for each of these.

Bedroom 1
The master bedroom has a king size bed, and plentiful clothes hanging space and drawers. It is double aspect – with stunning views of the sea and the garden. It shares a bathroom (“Jack and Jill”) with Bedroom Two. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and bath, as well as a double sink unit.

Bedroom 2
Accessed again by the main hall, bedroom two has a double bed and shares a “Jack and Jill” bathroom with Bedroom One.

Bedroom 3
Is located to the left of the main hall, has a double bed and has small toilet/ shower room just outside to the right.

Bedroom 4
This bedroom is located behind the snug room on the ground floor. It is a lovely space, with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, which has a fantastic rain-shower style experience.

Next to this room, is an extra sleeping space with twin beds, we recommend these two rooms be assigned to family or good friends! Please note, the villa is available for groups up to eight people.

A beautifully designed and well-equipped kitchen with a 3-ring electric hob, and an electric oven. There is also a Nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster and a large fridge freezer for all your needs. High-quality white goods. The kitchen is accessed from both the hall and the living room.

Laundry Room
There Laundry room is on the ground floor, accessible via Bedroom Four and has a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and board.

Cala Salada Beach (and its boutique sister beach Cala Saladeta) are the closest routes to the sea from Casa Isabella. While it’s possible to walk there within around 20 minutes, it’s a fairly deep descent and most beaches are better accessed by car.
Five minutes’ walk down the road from the villa you’ll stumble across a lovely family-run restaurant where you can dine al fresco, they’re always ready to welcome guests staying at Casa Isabella.

The house is also ten minutes from Pikes – one of Ibiza’s most famous landmarks where Wham’s Tropicana video was shot and Freddy Mercury celebrated his 40th birthday: for great Sunday lunches done with style and fabulous nights out.

You are a 5 minute drive to large supermarkets and a seven minute drive from the main San Antonio strip and all of its shops and bars – and the famous Sunset Strip where everyone gathers to watch the sun go down – Café del Mar and Mambo are right here.

Public Transport
If you don’t want to hire a car, taxis are available into San Antonio for just €10 or so.

There is private parking for three cars for your convenience.

    The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
