Natural light reflects off the modern silhouette of the pristine Villa Mirado, like the placid surface of the water. The large windows of the villa open out to the deck laid out in wood weathered by the sun and the briny ocean breeze. Like a modern-day fisherman’s hut floating above the sea, the interior décor goes in a more contemporary and elegant direction. Here and there, pops of bright red depicted in works of modern art warms the polished concrete floor and sleek black and white furniture. Whereas in the bedrooms, poetic portraits of sea creatures take the reigns as the design focal point. Here in Ibiza, we follow the rhythm of the sun. In the mornings, wake up as the first rays kiss the terrace and take an early morning dip in the infinity pool. Off in the distance, in the crystal waters, watch the dolphins frolic in the waves. Return to the Es Cubells Beach—ten minutes from the villa— to enjoy lunch in the shade of a thatched beach hut. In the afternoon, take a respite from the rising midday temperatures in the heights of Sant Josep de Sa Talaia. Return to the villa just in time to watch the sunset over the sea, while sipping on a homemade mojito out on the balcony.

The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
