​The main living area is a wide and bright open plan with high ceiling and an impressive glass bay overlooking the sea on one side; the other side mounted with a luxuriant wood panelling integrated with hidden storage space.

The 80 square meters living room, which also can be used as a dining room is furnished with a twelve seats dining table and in the salon area is fitted with an extra-large comfortable sofa and fully equipped with a state-of-the-art sound system with hand-made unique-pieces Martion Orgon speakers.

​The master bedroom suite is fitted with a king bed size, an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi mosaic decorated, a walk-in closet and a direct access to the terrace and the pool.

There is two other suite bedrooms with double size beds and en-suite bathrooms both exposed to the stunning panoramic view.

The two remaining bedrooms each with a double size bed share a connected lounge and bathroom.

Like the rest of the villa, all the bedrooms are styled with designed furniture, geometric-patterned rugs and polished stone.

The property is exclusively equipped with under floor heating, air conditioning, lighting system for the external areas and the swimming pool, alarm security system, high speed internet connection, a state-of-the-art sound system with hand-made unique-pieces Martion Orgon speakers in the living room, a Bowers & Wilkins sound system on the other rooms and a Bose sound system on the terraces.

The sleek ergonomic and modern kitchen is fully equipped with high standard appliances by Gaggenau and has its own breakfast bar and wine fridge.

On the first floor you can find the spa equipped with Hamman, bath, shower and sauna cabin.

There’s also the Mediterranean garden with the infinity pool, a hot tub, a BBQ, three terraces and a chill out area on rooftop terrace, all overlooking the crystal clear Balearic sea.

    The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
