A brand new sunset villa, 700m2 villa located in the prestigious & very luxurious gated urbanization 33 Cala Conta,
It’s only 500 m walk from one of the most beautiful beaches of the Island, Cala Conta. It’s a very safe location, with 24h security at the domain entrances. Access to the urbanization without proof if identity is impossible. The modern Ibiza style villa has 6 rooms all with large en-suite bathrooms. It’s faced south-west and offers the most magnificent sea views & sunsets of the Island from the garden or terraces.

The villa was finished in July 2019 with the most beautiful high-end Italian furniture on the inside and Belgian outdoor furniture by Tribu. All 6 rooms have double beds of which 4 rooms can be configured with separate beds. All bathrooms have large walk-in rain-showers.

The large private  infinity pool is heated (optionally), which offers extra comfort in the cooler spring or autumn months. The house is perfect for large families with kids. The 2nd living/cinema room downstairs with 70” TV  is the perfect hideaway for the kids after a long day of fun outside.

Wifi is guaranteed throughout the villa as well as a high-end sonos music system with 12 speakers all connected to a fast fiber Internet connection, which is a luxury on the Island.

The house is easily accessible for wheelchairs and has a private elevator. The closed garage offers 1 large parking space inside and 1 exterior parking. The community has a sauna and fitness which you can use.

    The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
