The villa has been completely renovated in a style that fuses the contemporary with touches of the Mediterranean and Asia. Many of the furnishings and woodwork have been imported from Bali, with the overall feel of the house being airy, contemporary, sophisticated and ultimately very welcoming. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area opens out into the gardens at the rear of the house where the huge 16 metre pool takes centre stage, surrounded by oversized daybeds, loungers and various areas to chill out in.
The villa has a luxurious feel and works well for families, couples and groups alike. Whether you want a massage on one of the many terraces, want to laze in the Bali house whilst keeping an eye on the kids in the magical children’s play area or watch a movie from the extensive library, this villa is a real home away from home. The owners can even leave their dog, Bonny to keep guests company and act as the best security there is and this is always a big hit with families.
The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
