The finca has views over the vast valley and is only a 3-minute drive from the charming village of Santa Gertrudis. This village is very centrally located on the island. Within 15 minutes you are on the beach of Santa Eularia or Cala Llonga. Ibiza town is also a 15 minute drive from the house and the airport is reached in 20 minutes. With a swimming pool, various terraces, various chill-out zones, a beautiful outdoor kitchen and ample parking space, villa Can Guash is the perfect holiday accommodation for any traveling group. The villa is a typical Ibiza finca that was built more than 200 years ago. The house was already a hit, but the renovation work made it a very unique finca. The house has a unique interior with pieces from India, Nepal, Tibet and Africa. The showpiece of this house is undoubtedly the kitchen with lounge by the pool. This is the ideal location for cozy lunches and delicious dinners, with a very overwhelming view over the valley. Three of the four walls are made of glass and can be opened completely. This creates a great open kitchen. The main building also has a living room and kitchen.
The organic garden, with seasonal vegetables and fruit, is just 20 meters from the house. There is a large lawn and there are many fruit trees. Oranges, apricots and other local delicacies can be found there. The house has a yoga deck that can also be closed when there is a lot of wind.
Wedding: 100 guests wedding fee 2.500€, If you want more guests this is negotiable and the event fee will be higher.

The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
