This villa undoubtedly has one of the most stunning, panoramic views in all of Ibiza and it offers a world of privacy. BB has an expansive, 270-degree view, and you can even catch a glimpse of Mallorca and the mainland of Spain on a clear day. Astonishing!
The villa has a modern decor with a very well-lit interior. The wall-to-wall sliding glass doors are huge enough that incredible views are never more than a glimpse away.
The inner patio is graced with an exquisite, kidney-shaped pool (approximately 12×6.5) and, outdoors, there is a large dining table and a grill. There is a “Jeux de boules” playground as well as table-tennis and billiard facilities.
It takes roughly 30 minutes to drive to Ibiza Town, and you can reach the airport in 40 minutes.
There is a spacious living room with an completely equipped open show-kitchen from Bulthaupt, as a separate, there is a professional kitchen blocked off behind it. From the living area you reach the inner patio where you will find the pool.
On the same floor, there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, in the tower room you will find a fully equipped office space. On the downstairs level, there are 2 more en-suite bedrooms plus the spacious (55 sqm) master suite, which has a sizeable (steam) shower and a Jacuzzi. All 4 of these bedrooms have their own patio / terrace (area) and a wonderful sea view! The 5th bedroom is only accessible from outdoors and has no private patio of its own.
There is a 4-person sauna on site; and all the rooms have air conditioning, a flat screen TV, minibar and a mini-safe. The house has underfloor heating for winter months as well as a fireplace.
On the top of the villa there is a spacious (150 sqm) roof-top terrace with gorgeous sea views.
There are 2 friendly housekeepers (a married couple) living in an apartment on the downstairs level. When a BBQ is desired, they will do it for you (because of fire risks).
The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
