The interior of this villais modern, but not cold and lives from opposites. The interior is the achievement of many voyages to Marroko and Asia. The doors in the whole are old and come from the mainland of Bali and Thailand. The dining table (a cut through log) come from Burma, bedspreads and cushions got manufactured in Marrakech. As an opposite to that: Chairs from Philippe Starck, a modern Lightkonzept from Ingo Maurer, and a floor made of grey cemento liso. Or on the terrace: beige natural stones and small Asian benches combined with up-to-date sun chairs from Gandia Blasco. In the bathroom you can find a composition from purism (MEM-Series from Dornbracht), marrokian (bright Tat lack Technique) and the ascendancy from Spain gets reflected in the washing basin. The Villa is equipped with an alarm system, Security Service, Internet, heater and air-conditioning. Not only in the main season you can find an oasis to relax, but –also with a crackling fire in the bed and living room-in the low season…
The Villa in the dark. The house got constructed by the French architect Nicolas Besset, who built a few other houses/restaurants in Ibiza like the In-Restaurants El Ayoun and Elefante Bar. In front of the house there is a monastery and a church, which again gives you a peaceful feeling.
The architecture is so special that the estate got pictured in a few publications. In this house you can find the absolute calmness, but in 20 minutes you reach the wild party life of Ibiza town. The Villa is ideal for 6 people, but there is room for another 2 or 3 kids .
The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
