Ses Casetes is a luxury villa that immediately feels homey and intimate upon entering. A lot of passion has been put into furnishing the villa and it is fully equipped and everything is finished in detail with subtle oriental influences. Everything has been thought of, from yoga mats and scented candles to current magazines. The tropical garden, where the swimming pool is located, is very well maintained. As a highlight, there is a large covered lounge area in the garden with a good BBQ, the indoor kitchen is close to the lounge area, making it ideal for the chef at home. You can walk straight into the main house from the garden.There is a beautiful open kitchen, which is equipped with all modern conveniences. The living room is cozy and nicely furnished, next to the living room there is another lounge.
All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. A lot of passion has gone into furnishing the villa and therefore no house parties are allowed. And like everywhere, but especially here, no music is allowed after midnight.
But the discos are all very close, so there is no shortage of parties!

The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
