Also around the pool (12x8m) you can enjoy the luxury lounge beds. The villa has 5 bedrooms with terrace (3 of which have sea views). Each with a double bed, and 5 bathrooms: 3 with shower and 2 with bathtub/ shower.The bedrooms and bathrooms are luxurious and tastefully decorated. The ground floor has two bedrooms The top floor has three bedrooms.

The upper floor has an additional roof terrace perfect for sunsets and starry nights! The other two bedrooms are located in the guest house at the side of the villa.These have a separate entrance from the terrace.  The owner have recently installed a new all weather tennis court.

We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
