Modern house with three different levels located in the surrounding of San Miguel, close to the cliffs area of Na Xamena. The villa has spectacular views to the sea where the sunrise and sunset take place in an amazing setting of several terraces around the house. The plot has 1.000m2 with direct access to the woods, which includes the house with 250m2.
Just 15 minutes’ drive from the town of San Miguel, and 10 minutes from the beach of Puerto de San Miguel. Also, 15 min drive to the beach of Cala Benirràs and Cala Xerraca.
The town of Santa Gertrudis is 20 minutes away and Ibiza city is located 20 minutes away.

Sleeps 6: 3 double rooms with tempur matrasses. 3 bathrooms.

​The villa consists of three different levels:

Main Floor:
Open modern kitchen very well equipped with refrigerator, gas kitchen, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
Room equipped with a laundry machine, dryer, another refrigerator, iron and iron-board and housekeeping material.
Very spacious living room with a big wood table that seats 8 guests. Very comfortable sofas placed next to the fire place.
Small WC next to the kitchen.
One big exterior uncovered terrace facing the sunrise with great views towards the mountain. It has a big table and 2 benches for the guests.
Second exterior uncovered terrace facing the sunset on the sea with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. This terrace has sofas for (10 guests)
Third covered external terrace with a table and sofas. Chill out zone to enjoy the sea view and sunset.

    The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
