Leaving behind the almond groves and at the beginning of the forest area, crossing an ocher colored wall and a blind iron gate, we find ourselves in a wide entrance patio where the car-port is located.
It is located at the bottom of a small hill facing east, where the almond groves are located.
The house is developed on two floors and around it have been extended different units that with the reform have become the rooms of the house giving rise to large outdoor spaces such as the terrace to the east, the access, to the solarium of the face South, next to the pool.
It fully coexists with nature, being its most faithful expression the forest that extends through its back surrounding the entire building.
On the ground floor of the main building are the living areas, dining room, kitchen, guest bathroom and two bedrooms. A covered terrace to the East allows to place the summer dining area together with a seating area. Another pergola terrace to the South welcomes living areas, the barbecue and its extension is the terrace-solarium and the pool itself.
A chill-out in the background means the beginning of the forest area.
On the upper level the main room is developed with a private terrace from which there are views towards the portmany bay.
All bathrooms have large showers, sink and toilet. The main room also has a bathtub.
Full of light for its large windows, is fully integrated with the surroundings and a direct outside exit with a small porch for breakfast.
This fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, nespreso and a large stock of kitchenware and utensils.
Next to it is a small room with a fireplace.
Satellite TV (Astra), Wifi, Telephone, Portable Player Dock (compatible Iphone), Alarm system connected to central, Air conditioning in the rooms, Barbecue, Washing machine, Dryer, Iron and abundant stock of towels and sheets.
The house is authorized for use as a Tourist Stay with reference ET-E-0196.
It has six bedrooms with a capacity of eleven seats.
The lease off villas without touristic license number or apartments required by customers will be regulated as stipulated in the LAU in its section of use other than habitual housing. We does not offer our clients short stays, weeks or days. We does not offer our customers during the term of the respective lease agreements any food, cleaning or related service to the tourist activity, The MINIMUM STAY offered by us to our customers for the purpose of checking by part of the competent authorities is 3 MONTHS. All customers ofus without exception will confirm the signing of their respective lease agreements that in no case their stay is intended to meet their holiday accommodation needs, assuming the possible consequences derived from the fraudulent use of said homes (use holiday, tourist or anyone who is not subject to current legislation). Prices for the longterm rentals exclude bills off water and electricity + 1 month agency fee.
