The company was initially owned by Anna Maria van Megen, who founded Ibiza Luxury XL in 2013. After 10 years, in 2023 Rosa van Stekelenburg joined the company and became a partner. Rosa has been working in Real Estate on the island since 2006. As equal partners Anna Maria and Rosa strengthen each other, they are both driven and well experienced in the competitive Real Estate market of Ibiza. Now we have even more knowledge to offer to our clients.
